Greetings Lovelies!!!

Today is day 12 of the 19 Day Black Women’s Self Love Challenge, which is to just have juices, smoothies or broth for the day, so here’s a simple smoothie for you to enjoy.

To make this simple smoothie

You’ll need:

1 cup of fresh or frozen berries

1 cup of not from concentrate orange juice

1 ripe banana

1tbsp of coconut oil

2tbps of sea moss gel

 

Then simply blend together and enjoy
