CANCELLATION POLICY

All clinic appointments booked are subject to this cancellation policy

Please do not book an appointment, or cancel it if you've already made it if you are not willing to adhere to this cancellation policy.

if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment which is more that 48hrs away, cancel your current appointment and rebook if necessary at http://www.calendly.com/thenaturallyyoucoach or by emailing leah@thenaturallyyoucoach.com 

If your appointment is LESS THAN 48 AWAY - text or call 07957946947 to cancel immediately

Appointments cancelled with LESS THAN 24hrs notice will have to be PAID IN FULL.

 

This means, if you are running late and arrive more than 30mins late, your appointment will be considered cancelled and full payment will be due. 

We are not able to answer phones or check message during appointment times, so if you are running late and call or message to see if you should still come and get no response and decide to go home, you are still liable to make the full payment
