Organic Chia Seeds are are great source of:

How to prepare: 

Soak dry chia seeds in 4 times the amount of water (1tbsp seeds soaked in 4tbsp water) and stir well. Store dry seeds in cool dry place and soaked seeds in the fridge for 7 days.



100g of dry seeds soaked in 4x the amount of water creates about 18 rounded spoons of chia gel and you can use approx 1-2 spoons a day
