Week 1 – Discovery & Foundation – Initial consultation, explanation of Advanced personalised diet planning (Metabolic Typing) and mind setting. (If local, a live blood analysis session can be included during this week also).
Week 2 – Results & Planning – Last week you would have completed the extensive questionnaire, so during this call, the results will be fully explained to you, you’ll receive a food list for your body type and we’ll create a meal plan that works best for you.
Week 3 – Fine Tuning – During this week, we’ll look over the diet check records you would have been filling in, so we can tweak and adjust the plan to suit your body perfectly and you’ll be able to ask any questions or address any concerns you have, so you can progress with this way of eating seamlessly.
Week 4 – Fine Tuning & Future Planning – During this call, we’ll fine tune your diet again and determine how you can continue the progress you’ve made during the program moving forward.
