Derived from the nutrient-dense leaves of the Moringa oleifera tree, often called the "Miracle Tree," this superfood offers a plethora of benefits. Incorporating them into your daily routine can profoundly impact your well-being in numerous ways.

Here are five remarkable benefits of taking organic moringa powder or capsules daily.

Nutrient Powerhouse: Moringa is packed with essential vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin C, Vitamin A, calcium, potassium, and protein. Its dense nutrient profile supports overall health, providing the body with the building blocks it needs for optimal functioning.

Promotes Healthy Skin: Moringa’s potent antioxidants, combined with its anti-inflammatory properties, make it excellent for skin health. It helps reduce inflammation, fights free radicals, and promotes a healthy, glowing complexion. Regular intake can lead to visible improvements in skin tone and texture.

Aids Digestion: Moringa is a natural digestive aid. Its high fibre content helps regulate bowel movements and supports a healthy gut microbiome. It can alleviate digestive issues such as constipation and bloating, ensuring your digestive system functions smoothly.

How to take Moringa and suggested dosage?

There are 4 main way to take moringa, so choose which one works best for you

1 Herbal tea - The dried leaves of the moringa tree can be used to make tea. You can buy the loose dried leaves or tea bags. My friend just came back from Jamaica with a bag of dried moringa leaves which i've stuffed into a tea strainer and enjoyed. They are also commonly cooked into savoury dishes but their bitter taste can be an acquired taste. -Suggested use - 1-2 cups a day.

2. Moringa Powder - The dried leaves can also be ground into powder and stirred into water, juices or soups and blended into smoothies. Again it does have a strong taste which can be overpowering but when combined with the right flavours its can be masked. Suggested use - 1/4 to 1/2 a tsp daily.

3. Moringa capsules - If you want a more convenient option, the powder comes in capsules too - Suggested use1-3x 500mg capsules daily.

4. Moringa Seeds - The moringa seeds are another common way to taka moringa. They have a sweet taste, which some find pleasant but not everyone, including me :-)   - Suggested use: 1-3 chewed daily with 500mls of water.

Precautions - If's best to start slowly with moringa while yyour body gets used to it, so start with the lower does (1/4tsp of powder or 1 capsules a day etc) then increase gradually over a few weeks.

Over consumption can lead to stomach cramps and loose stools.

It's not advised to take moringa with diabetes medication without professional advice.
