I hope this year is treating you well.
I’m writing to share some important updates to our shipping process at The Naturally You Health Centre. Providing excellent service is my top priority, and recently, the high volume of fresh-made orders has made it challenging to keep up.
To ensure quality without raising prices or cutting corners, I’m implementing a new shipping schedule:

Sea Moss Gel will now ship once per month, in the last week of the month. This applies to subscriptions and one-time orders.

All other products will ship weekly.
Key Details:

For Sea Moss Gel: The order cut-off date for each month will be shown on our website and emailed to you. If your order contains both sea moss and other items, the entire order will ship at month's end unless you request otherwise.

For Subscribers: Your next shipment will go out at the end of February and will include extra packs to cover the waiting period.

For All Other Products: Orders placed by Friday at 12 PM will be packed over the weekend and shipped Monday or Tuesday.
I understand this change may not work for everyone, and I sincerely appreciate your patience. If you’re in the Wolverhampton area, fresh sea moss gel will still be available weekly at our shop while supplies last.
