I agree with your Leah, 100% – what is it that the so called medical professionals are afraid of. I would like to think that people could take both courses of action, natural and ‘chemical’ for want of a better word, if they felt the need – they are not mutually exclusive. Who said Endometriosis cannot be ‘cured’ just because conventional medicine has not ‘discovered’ it (like Columbus and the West Indies, but that is another story for another day), does not mean it does not exist. Someone took the time to try and help someone else, we should be thankful that they even bothered. I think it is fear that is driving most to react in this way, as they fear their dominance in this field, as it were, will be toppled and they cannot control who is, or how they are treated if everyone is then able to ‘doctor’ for themself. I am the biggest skeptic I know, but I am more willing to try any ‘herbal’ remedy than I am to swallow some tiny tablets I can barely pronounce, with a lexicon worth of side effects they play down on the so called information sheets. Rant all you want my SiStar, as you speak for anyone with an iota of common sense!

I’ve been a PA in a pharma company in the past and soon realised keeping people sick is big business and money for shareholders. The pharma industry and medical industry and food industry are in it together. Make people sick with fast food and supermarket food then they’ll be beholden to the conventional medical system forever. ‘We’ are not meant to take charge of our own health as we are meant to stay in their matrix in as many ways as possible from birth to death!!! The US are way ahead of us and I listen to podcasts by 5 different functional medicine practitioners and a UK GP who are all qualified doctors but after years in the profession they realised something was wrong when either themselves or their close relatives or friends fell sick and they found what they were taught couldn’t help them anyone. So they all went down the functional medicine route incorporating TCM, Aruyuveda and lifestyle practices. In defence of the large majority of UK health professionals, they only know what they are taught, which says a lot about the training of health care professionals, but equally you have to be open to thinking outside of the box that your qualification limits you to!!!

More often, the ‘professionals’ are focused on preserving their space and it’s borne from arrogance, fear and defence, rather than to acknowledge that there are many ways to help – including medical – and that we are all different. If we lived our lives more aligned to nature, we would experience less issues in the first place. The only time I would listen to a person challenging an approach, would be if they had FULLY trained/explored/practised in those fields too and could give a broad and informed perspective. Completely hear you, Leah ✨🙏🏽
