1. Social Media Manager
Position - Social Media Manager
Location - Mainly remote (must be able to travel to Wolverhampton occassionally)
Hours - 5 hours per week
Salary - £15 per hour
**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to enhance our online presence and engage our community. The ideal candidate will be interested in natural health and have a proven track record in managing social media platforms.
**Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, curate and schedule high-quality content across various social media platforms, mainly Instagram, Facebook &TikTok
- Monitor and respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and best practices.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and tools.
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content.
- Passion for natural health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to travel to Wolverhampton occasionally for meetings or events.

2. Events Manager
Position - Events Manager
Location - Mainly remote (must be able to travel to Wolverhampton occassionally)

**Job Description:**
We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Events Manager to plan and execute events that promote our mission and engage our community. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and excellent coordination skills.
**Responsibilities Include**
- Research, plan, organize, and manage phyiscal and online events & workshops
- Coordinate with speakers.
- Create promotion material for events
- Create event pages on various platforms Promote events through social media, email marketing, and other channels.
- Attend physical events and facilitate online events.
- Ensure a seamless experience for attendees from registration to post-event follow-up.
- Collect and analyze feedback to improve future events.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as an Events Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Passion for natural health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and remotely.
- Must be able to travel to Wolverhampton occasionally for events.

3. Health Centre Assistant
Position - Health Centre Assistant
Location - The Naturally You Health Centre, 102 High St, Wednesfield, Wolverhampton, WV11 1SZ
Hours - 7-14 hours per week
Salary - £12.50 per (for over 18yr olds)
**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated Health Centre Assistant to support the daily operations of our health centre in Wolverhampton. The ideal candidate will be passionate about health and wellness and provide excellent customer service.
**Responsibilities Include**
- Assist in the daily operations of the health centre, including opening and closing procedures.
- Greet and assist clients, providing information about services and programs.
- Schedule appointments and looking after clients coming into clinic.
- Helping to maintain cleanliness and organization of the health centre.
- Being front of house and handling sales and stock takes.
- Keeping shelves replenished & Packing online orders.
**Requirements:**
- Confident to take on customer service and retails sales position
- Excellent people skills, must be friendly and welcoming
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for natural health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Available to work Friday, Saturday or Sunday.
- Must be based in or near Wolverhampton.
