How It Works
What will happen next?
This is what will happen over the next 8 weeks
Pre Program - Once you book, you'll be sent a Welcome Email, which includes an Initial consultation form and details of the program and another email with your Metabolic Typing form to complete and return before our call
Week 1 - Discovery call - On this call, we'll go over the answers in the questionnaire and the Metabolic Typing results, to create a meal plan. We'll also look at goal setting and creating affirmations.
Week 2 - First Live Blood Analysis & Food Intolerance Testing Appointment - You'll book this appointment in a private clients calendar you'll be sent the link to once you've booked. During this appointment, you'll have Live Blood Analysis , receive 3 recommended products and we'll take the blood for your food intolerance testing
Week 3 - Weekly Support Call and Results of Food Intolerance Testing
Week 4 - 7 - Weekly Support Call - We'll book a time and date to meet on the phone for 30-45mins weekly, to review your week, help you over any challenges you've faced and fine tune the diet to suit your needs. We'll also be looking at supporting your mental and emotional health with weekly exercises
Calls will be booked at our first appointment and will be on a Friday or Saturday between 10am - 6pm, Sunday between 12-5pm or Monday Between 7:30 - 9:30pm
Week 8 - Second Live Blood Analysis Appointment - During this appointment, we'll review how the diet has gone, make any changes, needs, review your blood, comparing it to the first appointment and make additional diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.

Throughout the course of the program, if you have any questions or need any help between calls, you can contact me via email or WhatsApp or text, so you have a complete blanket of support throughout the program.
