Our Sea Moss (Eucheuma Cottonil) gel is made by washing and soaking the dried cut golden or purple sea moss from St Lucia in filtered water and fresh limes, then cooking briefly in filtered water, before adding the lime and ginger juice, honey and preserving and boosting it with pure vitamin C powder, before blending smooth and storing in BPA free standing plastic pouches, for ease of use and storage. 

This thick nutritious gel, can be added to your fruit smoothies, stirred into hot water to make tea and it tastes so good you can eat it straight off the spoon.

Shipping Dates - Gel is made fresh to order in small batches, all normally, all orders received by 12pm on a Friday will be posted 1st Class on Monday (expect bank holidays or some exceptions - please check this week's shipping date at the top of the page.

Please store in fridge, where it has a 2 week shelf life, but can be frozen for 8wks

There are no nuts or celery in the ingredients, but the gel is made in a kitchen that handles all nuts, seeds, eggs, fish, celery, cereals, mustard, sulphur dioxide and sulphites and lupin
