This workshop is designed specifically for Black women in the UK who want to understand, prevent, and address the heart health challenges — through a holistic lens that honours both the science and our lived experience.

My name's Leah The Naturally You Coach and as a natural health and wellness practitioner focused on black women's holistic health, i have worked with an increasing number of sisters who are dealing with heart health challenges and are looking for holistic ways to heal from or at the very least manage them. 

So i've created this online workshop to give you the tools and understanding you need to start your journey towards holistic hearth health

Whether you've had hypertension for years, just recently had a stroke or have been told you are at risk of a heart challenge, this event is for you

On the day we'll discuss:

• The three heart conditions most affecting Black women in the UK — hypertension, stroke, and heart failure — and why they show up differently for us
• Common medications used for these conditions, how they work, and what Black women should know about their effectiveness and side effects
• Why you have to get control of your heart health ASAP
• How Racism effects our heart health
• Root causes often overlooked: chronic stress, inflammation, hormonal shifts, and the impact of racial trauma on the cardiovascular system
• Holistic solutions you can start using right away including foods, herbs and lifestyle changes
