How It Works

Initial consultation form
Please find attached the initial consultation form for you to complete and return at least 24hrs before our first appointment.
 
Personalised Diet Planning With Metabolic Typing
Shortly, you'll receive an email entitled "Private - Discover Your Metabolic Type" . Please open, read and follow the instructions in this email to complete the Metabolic Typing questionnaire, which will tell us the right balance of nutrients for your body, so we can put a meal plan together for you which suits your needs 


What will happen now?
This is what will happen over the next 4 weeks
 
Pre Program - Once you book, you'll be sent a an Initial consultation form and Metabolic Typing form to complete and return before our call
 
Week 1 - First Live Blood Analysis Appointment - You'll book this appointment in a private clients calendar you'll be sent the link to once you've booked.
 
Week 2 & 3 - Weekly Support Call - We'll book a time and date to meet on the phone for 30-45mins weekly, to review your week, help you over any challenges you've faced and fine tune the diet to suit your needs. Calls will be booked at our first appointment and will be on a Friday or Saturday between 10am - 6pm, Sunday between 12-5pm or Monday Between 7:30 - 9:30pm 

Week 4 - Second Live Blood Analysis Appointment - During this appointment, we'll review how the diet has gone, make any changes, needs, review your blood, comparing it to the first appointment and make additional diet, supplement and lifestyle recommendations.  


Staying In Touch
Throughout the course of the program, if you have any questions or need any help between calls, you can contact me via email or WhatsApp or text, so you have a complete blanket of support throughout the program.
