Live Blood Analysis (LBA) is a fascinating educational tool. It involves taking a drop of your blood from your finger, placing it under a high power microscope to magnify it 1000 times, giving you the opportunity to see the components of your blood live in front of you at a cellular level. You’ll be able to see your red and white blood cells, platelets and other structures of the blood in their live state, which is truly fascinating.

Your blood in often referred to as the river of life, as it carries life sustaining oxygen to all your cells while removing carbon dioxide, your immune system’s white blood cells travel through the blood and the plasma, which makes up the majority of your blood, carries various things, including fats, proteins, hormones and digested food.

How Does It Work?

1. On the day of the appointment, it’s best to fast on water or herbal tea (no milk or sugar) for 4hrs before the testing so we get a clearer blood picture
2. When you arrive, you’ll complete an initial consultation form so I can find out more about what’s happening in your life & health
3. I’ll then take your blood pressure and 2 drops of blood form the side of your finger
4. I’ll mount it onto my microscope, which is connected to my screen so I can show you around your blood
5. We’ll discuss your health goals and how we can achieve them naturally
6. & then you’ll be given a report of what i’ve seen in your blood, plus diet supplement and lifestyle recommendations. 

So This 50min appointment includes: 

• An analysis of your blood
• Blood pressure & Weight check
• A report of the blood analysis
• Diet, supplement & lifestyle recommendations
